Return & Exchange Policy

We are confident that you will love our pottery products. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free return/exchange policy. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your product to initiate the return/exchange process. The product must be in its original condition and packaging. Once we receive the product, we will initiate the refund/exchange process. The shipping cost for the return/exchange will be the responsibility of the customer, unless the product was damaged during shipping or there was an error in the order.
