2 Hour Private Throwing Lesson

Service Description

This one-to-one pottery session is the perfect introduction to wheel throwing, ideal for complete beginners or anyone wanting to give it a go. Over two hours, you’ll be guided step by step through the key techniques of throwing on the wheel, including centering the clay, pulling the walls, and shaping your first pot. With individual tuition throughout, you’ll get hands-on support at every stage, making it a relaxed and enjoyable way to learn something new. By the end of the session, you’ll have created your own piece, which will be glazed and fired for you. Once ready, your finished stoneware will be available to collect from the studio. All materials are included. Please wear old clothes as things can get messy. No experience needed – just come along and give it a spin.
