4-Week Wheel Throwing Course - April

Service Description

This 4-week course is designed for those who want to focus on learning the pottery wheel. If you’re completely new to pottery, we usually recommend starting with our beginner course first. However, if you’d prefer to get straight onto the wheel, you’ll be guided through the basics from the start. Across four weekly sessions, you’ll build confidence on the wheel as your skills develop week by week. Week 1 – Introduction to the wheel, centering the clay, and simple forms Week 2 – Developing control and shaping cylinders and bowls Week 3 – Refining technique, form, and consistency Week 4 – Trimming and finishing your pieces All materials, glazing, and firing are included, and your finished pieces will be ready to collect once completed. Small group sizes ensure plenty of individual guidance throughout.
